Vibration and cleaning

Description:

The vibration is the process done in mass where an abrasive material is added to in order to polish or to smooth base metal roughnesses, while cleaning is used as much to in mass as to as a unit for the removal of extraneous material like cutting oils, polishing pastes, etc…

Applications:

The vibration is mainly used as the final step from the process to improve the finishes as replacement for manual polishing, because of its lower cost.
However, in the case of the cleaning, it’s used generally as a previous step for painting or galvanic covering or prior to the assembly process where the needs of lack of pollutants are high.
