Transparent lacquering
The lacquering is made by electrolysis in the same galvanic installation, which reduces considerably the manipulation. The applied layer is smaller than 10 microns which doesn’t produce distortion in the previous process’ color.
Applications:
It can be applied on any metallic surface. It substantially increases the corrosion resistance and it has a good behavior over common alcoholic solvents, including cosmetic preparations and dry cleaning agents.
Look/ Appearance:
It produces a resistant, bright and flexible sheet. It provides an excellent non-dripping cover.
Colored lacquering
Is an acrylic/urethane polymer which is able to be cathodically left giving a brassy appearance colored layer in substrates like nickel, brass, aluminum, and zinc alloys. The lacquering is made by electrolysis in the same galvanic installation, which reduces considerably the manipulation.
Applications:
It can be applied over any metallic surface. . It substantially increases the corrosion resistance and it has a good resistance to chemical products and to UV radiation.
Look/ Appearance:
It produces an abrasion-resistant, bright and flexible colored sheet. It provides an excellent non-dripping cover.
