Electric-polishing
The electric-polishing is an electrolytic process where anodic dissolution is produced in the treated metallic surface.
Applications:
The electric-polishing is used to polish the surface, mainly in stainless steel and aluminum, changing it in such a way as to avoid contamination and promote the cleaning, with the goal to increase the corrosion resistance and to remove burrs.
Look/ Appearance:
The treated surface looks brighter and it resembles a mechanical polishing, known as “mirror shine”.
